Where can I make a test drive?

Do I need an insurance for my OX?
Yes, as an homologated vehicle you need insurance. OX RIDERS ELECTRICS S.L. does not offer this service yet, but it will be soon available in our website.

Which is the OX ONE warranty?
OX ONE has a factory warranty of 2 years or 50,000 km.

Is the OX ONE homologated in all european countries?
At the time of delivery, your OX will have the necessary homologation to ride in Europe.

Is the OX ONE suitable for two people?
Yes, it can be used by two people.

How much autonomy does the battery have?
OX ONE has a removable battery with 100km of autonomy.

How do I charge the battery?
You can easily remove the battery from your OX and charge it in any household socket. The charger is included in the purchase of your OX.

How long does it take to charge the battery?
OX ONE’s removable battery charges at any home socket within 5 hours.

What is the average consumption of an OX?
The KWh/km consumption is 4.2KWh/km.

Are there any accessories available for my OX?
We are currently working in a very complete range of accessories. It will be available in our website very soon.

Can I store a helmet under the seat?
No, but we are working on a complete range of accessories so that OX ONE offers you all the comfort, safety and customization options you need.

What is ELISA?
ELISA, designed and developed by OX Motorcycles, comprises a series of interconnected technologies. This technology enables an user digital experience by interacting with a mobile APP and the vehicle’s screen.

ELISA’s main objective is to improve user experience. To do this, it is based on two fundamental pillars:

1. A safer driving experience: The user will be alerted in case the sensors located all around OX One detect another vehicle in its blind spots, or will be notify the cloud in case an accident is detected.
2. A more comfortable driving experience: Thanks to the screen built into the vehicle, where the user can receive information while driving.

But the ELISA experience continues also out of the vehicle thank to ELISA mobile APP.

How does ELISA work?
Each vehicle is equipped with an Electronic Control Unit, with IoT capabilities. Its capabilities and specifications include:

• LTE connectivity.
• Geopositioning with GPS and Galileo compatibility.
• High precision inertial measurement unit.
• Internal memory for information backup.
• Internal battery that guarantees operation when the vehicle is disconnected.
• Ability to receive OTA updates.
• Connection with the vehicle data BUS to read signals from different systems (batteries, controller, etc.) for monitoring and diagnosis.
• Interfaces to read different analog and digital signals from different sensors in the vehicle.
• Power and information distribution system with a simple connection that makes the vehicle ready to incorporate other technologies and accessories.

The electronic control unit is connected through different types of interfaces to different sensors around the motorcycle.

The geo-positioning system and the high-precision inertial measurement unit allow continuous monitoring of the motorcycle’s movement. Position and speed, trajectory, angle of inclination and accelerations. This enables key security functions such as accident detection or theft warning.

In addition, the vehicle is aware of its surroundings. The control unit is connected to proximity sensors strategically located around the vehicle, allowing it to detect other vehicles in blind spots and alerting the driver.

Which are ELISA functions?
ELISA, is the brain of OX. It enables the direct connection of your OX with any mobile phone, reflecting personalized information at all times.

Thanks to this application the user will be able to:

• Know the status of your vehicle, including information such as its location and state of charge.
• Review the trips you have made and obtain individual or accumulated statistics of parameters such as the duration or distance of your trips.
• Access to your individual, intelligently calculated driving style scores.
• Select a navigation destination obtaining an estimate of the battery consumption required for the journey.
• Receive theft alerts if unexpected vehicle movements are detected.
• Get support from OX quickly thank to our Live Chat.
• Receive notifications from OX to keep up to date with the latest news.

Is ELISA included in the price? Does ELISA have an extra cost?
The ELISA subscription is included in the final price of your OX One and does not involve any additional cost.

Do I have to pay ELISA subscription from the second year?
To enjoy ELISA Premium options, the subscription from the second year has a cost of € 9,99 per month. However, there will always be a free version with reduced functionalities.

Is ELISA compatible with any mobile device?
ELISA is compatible with Android and iOS.

How can I connect my mobile phone with ELISA?
You should download ELISA APP from Google Play or APP Store. It will be available very soon.

Until when will I be able to reserve an OX One?
The reservation can be made throughout 2021, the conditions will change.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation through the web.

Is the reservation amount refundable?
The amount of the reservation will be refundable until the start of the final production.

When do I need to make the final payment?
Once the reservation is made, you can finance the rest of the payment or pay the rest of the motorcycle. You will receive instructions once the reservation is made.

I reserved an OX ONE with a specific configuration on the first website, can I keep my configuration?
We will contact you to explain the changes in your initial order. If it does not fit your needs, we will refund you the amount of the reservation.

I have reserved my OX ONE for € 40, but now the reservation costs € 150. Do I need to pay the difference?
No. We will get in touch with you to inform you about the next steps to formalize your reservation.

Is there any financing option available?
Yes, we are working with different entities and our financing options will be available on our website very soon.

Can I buy an OX outside of Spain?
Yes, but delivery times are not the same as Spain. Your order will be attended personally.

When will I receive my Atypical Edition?
OX Patagonia will be delivered from June in Spain. OX Tokyo from July and OX Montecarlo from September.

May I choose the color of my Atypical Edition?
No. Atypical Edition is a limited serie with an exclusive and non-modifiable design. You cannot customize them.

May I customize my Atypical Edition?
No, each Atypical Edition has its own configuration and cannot be modified.

Does the price include VAT?
Yes, the price shown includes VAT.

You can remove the battery from your OX and charge it by plugging it into the charger (included with your OX) in any household outlet. Or if you prefer, you can directly charge the battery without removing it from your OX One.

Is the charger included?
Yes, we will deliver you a charger with your OX. You can also purchase another normal or fast charger from your OX dealer.

How long does it take to charge the battery?
5 hours.

Where can I buy a fast charger?
You will be able to buy the fast charger very soon at any of our dealers or through the web. Its approximate price is € 200.

Do I need to have a charging point at home?
The battery is removable and can be charged in any household outlet. Just like your mobile phone, you don’t need any special charging point.

How long is the battery life?
It lasts approximately 800 charge cycles, or 73,000km.

Which is the warranty on my battery?
2 years.

What is the average consumption of an OX?
4.2KWh/km.

Which is the cost of each charge?

Can I charge my battery without extracting it?
