Finally, we process your personal data to send you more information about our motorcycles, when you request it directly on our website. B. Our legitimate interest

Likewise, once you have bought a motorcycle, we process your personal data to send you commercial communications about similar products. In the event that you have interacted with us as a representative of a potential OX Motorcycles dealer, we will process your personal contact information to manage the business relationship between us and the company you represent. If you contact us for investment purposes in OX Motorcycles, we process the personal data that you provide us for the management of your investment.

C. Compliance with legal obligations

In the scope of our relationship with you, we may have to process your personal data to comply with legal obligations, at all times.

5. International Transfers of Personal Data. When you use ELISA, your Personal Data is shared with some of our service providers established outside the European Union. To guarantee the protection of your rights and freedoms, we ensure compliance with the provisions of the RGPD regarding international transfers of Personal Data by signing contractual clauses approved by the European Commission with these third parties.

6. Conservation. We will keep your Personal Data during the term of this contract with you and, once this contract has ended, for a period of 5 years, as established in Article 1964, second paragraph, of the Civil Code.
